Casa Belvedere hosts weddings and private events. At a wedding, many guests pull up in the same short stretch before the ceremony, so we settle the drop-off point and the route to parking well before the first car arrives.
We look at where guests will step out, where cars can be parked with the venue’s approval, how far that parking is from the entrance, and how the end of the night will go when most guests leave together.
How valet works at Casa Belvedere
Guests step out at the entrance and hand their keys to an attendant. The car goes to parking the venue has approved and is brought back to the entrance when the guest is ready to leave.
A wedding has two busy stretches: arrivals before the ceremony and the send-off at the end of the night. We staff for both.
A supervisor is on site at every event and is the planner’s contact on the day. Attendants work in uniform.
