The arrival

Before the ceremony

As guests pull up, our uniformed attendants open car doors, take the keys, and point everyone inside. Cars go to the parking area your venue has set aside, so the entrance stays clear for guests and photos.

We’re in place before the first guests arrive, because people often show up well before the time on the invitation.

Sized to your guest list and your venue

The crew is sized to your guest count and to how the venue is laid out. A long walk to the lot, a hill, or a narrow driveway means we add attendants.

The send-off

When everyone heads home

Many guests leave at the same time, so the end of the night is the second rush. We plan for it so people aren’t left waiting at the curb in their best shoes, and the crew stays until the last car is out.

Valet runs in the rain too. We work with the venue on a covered spot for pickup when there is one, and the crew takes more care on wet ground.

We plan around the driveway, the spot where guests step out, and how far the cars have to go to park.

If your ceremony and reception are in two different places, send both addresses when you reach out so we can plan each one.
