Curb to parking and back
Our attendants greet each guest at the curb, take the keys, and park the car in a lot or garage your restaurant can use. When the check is paid, the car is brought back to the front, ready to go.
Before your first night, we work out where guests step out, where the cars go, and how long the walk to parking is.

Friday and Saturday dinners bring a lot of cars in a short window. We staff for the busiest stretch of the night.
If you run a second seating, we plan for the overlap, when early guests are leaving while the next reservations are pulling up.

The right size crew for your covers
Crew size depends on your cover count, how quickly guests arrive, and how far the parking is from your entrance. A small room with a lot next door needs fewer attendants than a full room with a garage down the block. We set the number once we know your curb and your parking.
